In order to ensure you have a relaxing stay, enjoyable moments and lots of relaxation, we ask you to adhere to our QuelleReich SPA etiquette.

BOOK APPLICATION
Advance reservation is required for all offers.
Please reserve your treatment in good time before your arrival by email: spa@winkler-braeu.de
Our treatments can only be booked for Day SPA or hotel guests.

CANCEL
If you are unable to keep a treatment appointment, please let us know in good time. A free cancellation is possible until 6:00 p.m. the evening before, otherwise we will charge the total amount.

CLOTHING
Please appear for all treatments in our QuellenReich SPA bathrobes without jewelry or valuables. Please wear underwear during use; alternatively, we will provide you with disposable panties.

HEALTH & PREGNANCY
Before your treatment, please inform us about your medical, physical health such as high blood pressure, heart disease, surgery, allergies or pregnancy.
Our SPA team will be happy to advise you on suitable treatments. Please also fill out our guest data sheet.

PETS
No pets are allowed indoors or outdoors in our QuellenReich SPA.

NO RESERVATIONS
We ask you not to reserve loungers unnecessarily! We allow ourselves to release unoccupied places.

CHILDREN’S SCHEDULED TIME
We would like to take special care of your children and offer pool access for children under 12 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. under your supervision.
The saunas, the whisper room and the fitness room are intended for our guests.

PRODUCT LINE
In addition to the massage oils from Kurland, we also now offer products from the traditional company Retterspitz in our wellness hotel in Upper Palatinate.

SMOKING BAN
Smoking is absolutely prohibited in our indoor and outdoor areas of the QuellenReich SPA. There is an ashtray available at the entrance to the QuellenReich SPA.

TO TAKE TIME
Complete relaxation takes time. Please come to the SPA reception 10 minutes before the agreed massage appointment.

SMARTPHONE USE
In our QuellenReich SPA you finally have the opportunity to switch off. Please refrain from using telephones.
If you would like to capture memories photographically, we ask you to be considerate of others.

FOOD AND DRINKS
The consumption of food and drinks brought with you is not permitted.

FOR THE SAKE OF OUR ENVIRONMENT
For the sake of the environment, please only take 2 bath towels per person. After use, please throw them in the laundry basket.
