Day wellness:

Start Start your day's wellness in the Oberpfalz at the hotel reception for check-in, where you will receive the SPA basket and the access card.
After just 100 meters of fresh air, through our familiar courtyard, you reach the separately located, spacious 1500 m² QuellenReich SPA. The access card gives you access to the new SPA area and also serves as a key for the lockers in the changing rooms.
The bath towels are available on the shelves directly on site. For the sake of our environment, please treat them very consciously and throw the cloths into the laundry baskets provided after your stay.

• Monday and Tuesday: 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m
• Wednesday to Friday: 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m
• Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m

Day SPA information

• If you are unable to keep a treatment appointment, please let us know in good time. A free cancellation is possible until 6:00 p.m. the evening before, otherwise we will charge the total amount.
• Prior reservation is required for all offers for our Day SPA near Neumarkt.
• Please note that we can only accept group bookings of a maximum of four Day SPA guests.
• Our treatments can only be booked for Day SPA or hotel guests.
• Day SPA is only possible with one treatment from Wednesday to Friday - no Day SPA on Saturdays.
• We ask you to wear our QuellenReich SPA bathrobes in the SPA area.
• The consumption of drinks and food brought with you is not permitted.
• No pets are allowed inside or outside our Day SPA in Upper Palatinate.
