Day wellness:

Start Start your day's wellness in the Oberpfalz at the hotel reception for check-in, where you will receive the SPA basket and the access card.
After just 100 meters of fresh air, through our familiar courtyard, you reach the separately located, spacious 1500 m² QuellenReich SPA. The access card gives you access to the new SPA area and also serves as a key for the lockers in the changing rooms.
The bath towels are available on the shelves directly on site. For the sake of our environment, please treat them very consciously and throw the cloths into the laundry baskets provided after your stay.

Day SPA Information

• For the sake of the environment, please bring your own bathing slippers. If you forget them, high-quality terry slippers can be purchased at reception for €4.00.

• If you are unable to attend a treatment appointment, please inform us in advance. Free cancellation is possible until 6:00 p.m. on the day before; otherwise, we will charge the full amount.

• All offers require prior reservation.

• Please note that we can only accept group bookings of up to four Day SPA guests.

• Our treatments can be booked exclusively by Day SPA or hotel guests.

• Day SPA is available from Wednesday to Friday only in combination with a treatment — no Day SPA on Saturdays.

• We kindly ask you to wear our QuellenReich SPA bathrobes in the SPA area.

• Consumption of brought-in food and (alcoholic) beverages is not permitted.

• Glass is not allowed in the QuellenReich SPA.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the QuellenReich SPA. A designated ashtray is available at the entrance.

• Pets are not allowed in the indoor or outdoor areas.
